Placing An Order
Whether you are a first time customer or repeat customer, when you place an order with us, one of our friendly, knowledgeable National Account Managers will personally be placed in charge of your order. First time customers are greeted by a National Account Manager who will take down some basic information so that they can create a personalized account for you. The National Account Manager who handles your first order then becomes your personal account manager. This means that anytime you would like to place another order, you can call directly into your National Account Manager, and they will be able to take your order quickly and efficiently. Each National Account Manager is trained on our entire product line, so they are able to provide complete overviews on products and can recommend solutions that will be beneficial specifically for you. By dedicating a single person to your account, placing additional orders is quick and easy and our National Account Managers can get to know you personally. By fully understanding your farm, business and needs, your National Account Manager is able to provide you with a level of personalized service that is unmatched by competitors.
Processing An Order
After an order has been placed, it is sent to our manufacturing and shipping location in Dyersville, Iowa. When your order arrives in Iowa, it is immediately placed into the “batch” of orders for that particular day. Our clerical team then reviews the batch, and prints packing tickets periodically throughout the day. Once a “batch” has been printed, the clerical team brings them to the warehouse so that any non-manufactured products that are in stock can be picked, packed and shipped according to size. If rush shipping is requested, the ticket is printed immediately and brought directly to the warehouse so that it may be picked and shipped as soon as possible.
Based on our customers varying needs, we ship our products fast, quickly and economically, saving both time and money. Smaller items typically ship FedEx or UPS, while our larger, heavier items ship by semitruck. To provide the absolute highest level of convenience, if you place an order for one of our in-stock, non-manufactured items prior to 12 PM EST, your order ships that day, thanks to our same day shipping guarantee.
